CPSN, as the Organizer of the Competition, is pleased to announce that the award in the 4th edition of the Competition (2026) for the best doctoral dissertation in which GIS tools were used or a legal solution for the use of spatial data was proposed, was received by Dr. Ewa Mackiewicz for her thesis entitled “Application of Pro-environmental Solutions and New Ecological Technologies in the Adaptation of Buildings Under Conservation Protection on the Example of the Historic Park-Palace Complex in Rzuchów” written under the supervision of dr hab. Urszula Myga-Piątek, prof. UŚ, defended at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
